Charged when I already cancelled premium

I have been charged for premium Spotify when I already cancelled my subscription?

Hey @Amy44,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Yes I received a confirmation email on 1st November 2016, yet I was charged for both the months of November and December.

Does it say that you are a Free or Premium user on https://spotify.com/account?
