That sounds really strange, its not a thing theres in any knowledgebase and dosnt make sense. 


BUT i have a solution you can try to send a DM (direct message) to @SpotifyCares on twitter they will respond within 2 days (usual) they are really kind and im sure they will take good care of your problem.
