Child access to Spotify

How do I give a 10 year old access to Spotify, we are using Family Link for Android, so it is not possible to install the regular Spotify app despite setting his age to 13 in the account, and I can't find the app "Spotify for Kids" in Norway?

I have read about the feature Spotify for Kids back in 2020, and still cant find it in Norway at least, is it put on hold?

Can't create a Spotify Kids account in Switzerland either..... Would love to get help here

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Right now, Spotify Kids isn't available in either Norway or Switzerland. Spotify is hoping to expand the availability soon, though.

Since Spotify Kids isn't available where you live, you could enter your date of birth when signing up for a regular Spotify account. Since the account then belongs to you instead of the kid, there shouldn't be an issue.
