Hi,

finally downloaded app to android but choosed the wrong option getting the info that I have a 48 h trial (?)

 

I do have an account-what will happend to this after 48 h? I did use my normal log in. will it be shut down, or can I do something?

Hmm, but you did activte the 48 hour trail?

 

You can download the app whenever, but you need a premium account to use the app for the phone.

 

Also please use the Edit Reply instead of double posting in the option drop down menu please in the future.

Do you have a premium account?

After the trail you will no longer by able to use the android app, But you can still login to your Desktop/Computer app with your normal email and password it will just go to a free account instead, which is ad supported.

I tried to download the free version of spotify... but somehow its now telling me I have spotify premium...

How do I stop this?

I do not wish to use spotify premium. I would just like the free version!

It looks like you might of somehow ativated the 30 day or 48 hour free trail.

yes, ive just recieved an email to say I have a 48hour trial.

What will happen after the 48 hours? Will it just go to the free version?

Yes it does, it automatcily reverts to the free version.

 

Lastly I have never used the 48 hour free trail did you have to enter any credit details?

No, I have not entered any credit details or anything.

 

Okay no problem, with the 30 Day one you do, and you have to cancel before the trail ends or you get billed for the month after, But you don't need to worry then :).

, I was going to put 1month for phone and for PC, but I pressed wrong and took 2months unlimited for PC in steed , I want u to change so I can listen with my phone in steed. pls give me an answer fast. I need u to change so I have spotify 1month for phone I buyed the card today. PLEASE

Hey @marreboi ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that swapped over to premium for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
