Claims my user name, email etc does not exist

 I've been using my free spotify accoount for at least 1 year. Suddenly 4 days ago I found I was logged out and tried logging back in.

And my user name "does not exist", suddenly it says my email adress which I've been recieving tons of emails from Spotify "is not connected to spotify"?!

And when I try to log in, login page says the user name I've been using since the beginning (witchofbywater) doesn't exist. Although, I can still see that profile and all the public playlists if I type in the profile adress. See for yourself:

Where do I go from here?

I can't do "forgot password" because it doesn't recognise my email address, I can't do reset password because of the same reason. I can't log in using my user name because it claims it doesn't exist! (although it does)

I created another account with another email just to come to this help boardç

What do I do? Please help.

Thank you Maxim, I contacted Spotify and they quickly resolved my problem.

Turns out, my account was deactivated due to suspicious login behaviour. Now it's activated again. Thanks again.
