Estimados señores me acojí a la prueba gratuita de un mes, realicé la anulación en el link que mandaron ustedes a mi mail, entiendomque elmproceso fué correcto porque de hecho el servicio se interrumpió a pesar de lo cual se me realizó un cargo en la tarjeta.

Por favor indiqueme en mi email si me reembolsan ustedes la cantidad o si por el contrario anulomelmpago en el banco.

Since this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Feel free to write to them in Spanish, they have the knowledge and the skills to get back to you in almost any language 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

I'm also going to hide that email address from your post, best to keep those details private 😉

Hola, yo tome la prueba gratuita y luego de que pasará el mes de uso me cobró automáticamente sin consultarme y yo quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero, porfavor gracias
