My Question or Issue

I can't login. Reset password isn't sent to my Gmail. Yes, it is the correct one. Used different devices to try and login, did not work. Reinstalling didn't work either. Manually logging in doesn't work either. It tells me "Incorrect username or password." I assure you my login has always been the same. I don't know what to do at this point. I honestly think it's impossible for me to get into my account from my end. I even paid for the premium service. Can't even use my "free 2 months" if I can't get in. This is pretty annoying. Please help.

My Question or Issue

I am so confused. I have a Spotify account. And when I go into my app, I can see my account, and my username, with my profile picture, but there is nowhere to change an email. I have tried to login with every email that I have, but I think it might have been attached to my former school email that has been deleted. The email that used to be associated with my account no longer exists, and my phone app is not giving me the option to change or even see any form of login information. I have tried to reset my password through every option possible, including all 3 of my emails, my apple account, and my facebook account, all of which do not have an account associated with them. So I cannot log in to my account on any device other than my phone. I need someone from spotify to help me. I have no idea how to get help. there is no phone assistance and I haven't the slightest clue how to get a ticket started as every infuriating google search leads me back to this random a** community chat. wth Spotify. I just want to listen to the podcast that has by class textbook, which apparently has never existed anywhere other than Spotify. Please someone explain how I can get access to my account and not have to lose all of my account history and favorites and so I can actually find the podcasts and playlists I've already listened to.

BTW I have apparently created a second account from an email I have access to under an old email and my profile has decided my name is my deadname. Oh, and you can't get any help from anywhere on any spotify platform without loging in. to yourt D**bleep**ING ACCOIIUTHNT.

ALSO. YOU HAVE TO VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT TO EVEN GET THIS SH*T TO POST. IF I KNEW MY NEMAIL I WOULDN'T HAVE A PROBL;EM!!!!!
