I need help. I signed the family plan for over 8 months. Now my daughters have been blocked. I'm paying for the plan, and their service was cut short. What is happening? They are my dependents and have no condition to have individual plans, I am quite disappointed with what happened.

Welcome to the forums, and sorry to hear about you and your daughters issues with the family plan.

 

When you say they have been 'blocked' can you let me know if they get any error message/code when they try to get access?

 

Also, just to check, have you tried to invite them back onto the plan?
