Confused by 3 months offer

I've had a couple of emails offering 3 months premium subscription at a lower price. Following the links I now have two Spotify sites open on my PC, one offering 3 months for 9.99 GBP, the other 0.99 GBP for three months. Is the latter one an error or are there in fact two offers in existence and if i take up the latter, cheaper offer, how will I be sure I'm not charged 9.99?

The 0.99 GBP offer is only available to users who haven't tried Premium before. If you had Premium before but are currently on the Free plan, you may be eligible for the 3-for-1 offer for 9.99 GBP.
