When are new releases added?

I'm currently trialling Premium, but am confused about when new releases are added. An album released today is not appearing in search for me. Is there a way to find out when it might be added, or a particular period of time after release date that it will appear? It's already available in Apple Music!

Are you talking about new released albums, release radar and new music friday?

Thanks @martinstoichkov. I have found the list of new releases, but the album I'm looking for isn't listed. If I search, it doesn't come up either. I'd expected that it would just be availble today, because it's the release date. Is there some lag in new releases being picked up and added by Spotify?
