Connect Spotify Artist Page to Facebook Artist Page

Hi, my music is on spotify and I would like to be able to put a link to my spotify page on my facebook page so my fans can go directly to my music.

I would like the link to be a picture of the spotify logo. So instead of the spotify app just bringing the fan to spotify, it would send them to my profile on spotify.
