Connection facebook

Even if i click to tab to connect the my Facebook and Spotify accounts, i can't do it. I allow the permissions and follow the steps however there is no connection.

Have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode with cleaned cookies/cache?

You could also try using the manual connect option from your online account

Actually, it doesn't work. In my Facebook account, Spotify app is seen. However, when i try to login to Spotify account with my Facebook account it says that there is not such account that connected to a Spotify account. Also when i enter the Spotify options i can't see the connection.
