Bonjour,

 

J'ai changé de portable récemment, et voulant me connecter à mon compte Spotify Premium, impossible de retrouver mon mot de passe. Je passe donc par l'étape "Réinitialiser mon mot de passe" via un mail envoyé sur mon adresse perso. Or je ne reçois pas de mail... Est-ce normal ? Pourtant j'ai bien le message de confirmation comme quoi un mail a été envoyé pour réinitialiser mon mot de passe.
