Constantly log me out BS!

What gives?  Both my wife and I both getting constantly logged out.  Then I have to reset password.  After resetting the password, then it still won't let me log back in.  BUT......  I create this fake bullshet account and can log in right away.  wth??  My son having the same issue and he is a premium user.  Glad I didn't purchase!!

Is this related to the password reset issue described here? We suggest that you reset your password with the help of the other thread, and then each of the family members go to their own account page and choose the Log out everywhere option from the menu.
