Could you please tell me why I am unable to log in to Spotify through the Integra Remote application on iOS?

Can you let me know what happens when you try to log in?

Also, I’d suggest that you check for a pending update on your receiver and let it run. Users in this thread mentioned that firmware update fixed it for them. It's best to reach out to Integra directly for further information and instructions on how to do this.  Firmware updates on receivers/speakers and app updates from Spotify's end sometimes get out of tune which might cause issues like this.

It just says “login error.”

It seems like the latest version is installed on the receiver since it doesn’t offer a newer one…

Maybe you’re right — I’ll try contacting Integra support, maybe there’s something newer available.

Although the device itself is quite old already, so it’s possible that no updates are being released anymore…

Sounds good! They should be able to help you further with this one since it’s a Spotify Connect feature. However, in the meantime, I can check to see if your device is supported by Spotify — what’s the make and model of the device you’re using?
