Country Error

Country Error

I'm very recently getting an error that the country I'm in does not match up with the country in my account. I have a UK account and I've only ever used Spotify in the UK so I don't see why this is the case.

Double check your country setting on your account page:

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
