I am a US citizen living in the UK for the next 8 months.  I only have a US credit card and paypal.  Because I am in the UK Spotify won't let me sign up for premium.  Is there any way for me to upgrade to premium.  I don't mind paying for currency conversions, but this is crazy.  Why won't spotify take my money??....  I am trying to pay the higher of the two prices....

Since the Spotify system will only allow your country to be changed to where your current IP address is, you might be able to use a proxy or VPN service to "trick" the system into thinking you are somewhere else. 

Otherwise, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see if they can help you out with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

High, you should be able to pay if your country is set to the US.

Because I joined here in the UK, my country is set to the UK.  And now because my IP is in the UK, I cant change my country to the US.

I live in Hong Kong but don't speak Chinese.  Is it possible to set preferences to exclude chinese songs that appear in "Trending Tracks" ?  Also to turn off any messages that I might get in Chinese and have no clue what they are about?  Many thanks.
