Create/claim artist account.

Hi!

We have a problem. We did an official remix for a Swedish artist and the title says: Syster Sol - Voodoo (Cry Tuff Remix), but our name in the title is not a link, so there's no artist account. It seems like when the aggregator uploaded the track they never created a 'Cry Tuff' account. We have started a personal account and would like to merge that account to the artist account (which does not yet exist) how do we do that?
