Creating username for an account signed up with facebook

I sgined up for Spotify through Facebook, but I want to create a separate log-in name and a password so I can sign on from my tablet that does not have have Facebook credentials. I know I can just get Facebook on my tablet, but just for future use as well, I'd like to be able to log in without going through Facebook. I'm already signed up for student discount premium so just creating a new account is not going to work. I tried making an account with my e-mail address (that's associated with Facebook) and it obviously did not let me. Is there an option to just add a separate password?

Hi, actually support can do this for you, just fill out the contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ and tell them you want to make your account available to log in with User and pass, they will surely help.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login:
