Credit Card Expired Cannot log in to update

My credit card expired and i need to log into my subscribing account to update the information but it is no longer active.

I had to create this account for support.

I cannot log into that account to update the info. I cannot reset the password. I cannot even get support on that account because support requires a log in. 

I would like to update the billing info on that account. Is this something that is possible, or is the account gone forever?

This is unusual since each user can update their cc info. You should contact customer service by following the correct steps and pressing "I still need help" green button so that a member of a Spotify staff can check your account's issue!

I appreciate the suggestion. I will do it on this account, because that contact link also takes me a to a login page. And, the account in question cannot log in period.
