Credit Card Information Form

 I want to get premium but loading icon never skip.And there is no credit card information form.Both internet explorer and chrome have same problem.I am from Turkey.

Have you tried clearing your Internet Browser Cache and Cookies? Give that a go and see if that works for you.

Hi, i clear all history,cookies etc. but still same. The loading icon turning and nothin happens.Credit card form does not come.

Try just going to www.spotify.com/premium and go from there.

Hi, i have tried on my "Lenovo K5"  phone and both spotify app and chrome on android same like pc.The icon turning forever.
