I am currently in england for another 3 months but would love to have songs on my iphone as well...
Now I wanted to get a subscription but I get the error message:

Sorry, we couldn't process your order. This may be a result of your payment card or PayPal account being registered in a different country to the one you chose. Please try again or contact customer support if the problem remains.
I chose Netherlands, there is even NL in the address bar and then do my payments. But it still refuses to do so... Also tried england but then I have a dutch paypal/creditcard....
How to fix this? Call a friend in the netherlands give him ALL my details and let him do MY payment? And live happily ever after? Can I still make offline playlists and such?
Also when searching through the FAQs I was curious about an asccount? (probably just a spelling mistake though)
Spotify Unlimited and Spotify Premium give you unlimited access outside your asccount profile country. Wherever you are in the world, you will be able to listen to all your music.

Jjkoehorst - It may be due to your location that your having trouble. In theory, using a dutch card with your dutch account should work. Could it be any of the other conditions outlined here that could be causing the problem?
If your card does match all those conditions, then you could get your friend to do this for you. It may be more successful. Obviously only do it if you really trust him.

I double checked my creditcard and paypal that is connected to my dutch Postbank bank account. Both failed...
