Lost Premium NUS discount

Recently my Spotify subscription payment failed due to my card details changing and not updating my account with the new details. I have now updated my account but have seem to have lost my 50% discount on Spotify Premium as an NUS card holder and am unable to redeem it again.


How do I once again redeem the discount?

Howdy, I also have had a similar problem. I submitted a ticket on the contact link but can't seem to get anywhere.


After submitting my NUS number and info for the NUS plan the site froze, and now lists" currently unavailable, please try again later".  I tried to re-enter my number again and now it says I can't use my NUS number since it was used arleady... despite it  never going through successfully the first time!
