Customer service

This is upsurd. I pay for premium I should receive premium service. My offline playlists are unavailable and it's saying I need premium to access it. I continue to pay for premium and can't get it. Very frustrated

Hello @Haydencase785 & welcome to the Community!

 

Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.

  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify sends to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I only signed up for the free trial and cancel my membership during my free trial! but I've been charged every month and want my refund ASAP and there's no phone number to call of coursel

You contact support here so they can help you.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
