Hello, I wanted to ask about a problem I have with data consumption. Apparently I have been consuming 1GB a day out of Spotify for the last couple of weeks. As I have read in other topics, this would mean that I have been listening to music non-stop. I would like to get some help so I can stop this problem and also if there is any chance I can get Spotify to help me telling Optus what the issue is as I am about to receive a bill with more than $100 extra because of this problem.

Can you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're running?

 

Also, let us know if you usually stream music with your data or listen to your offline tracks.
