Deactivated account

Hi!

I was not using Spotify for two months, and now I can't log in my account.

When I want to reset my password, it says "The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account.", and when I want to sign up, it says this email is taken.

I guess my account is deactivated. How can I know what happened? And if my account is deactivated, is there any way to restore it?
