Deactivated email

I was using my .edu address for Spotify. But I graduated and they recently deactivated my account- I never saw any notice that they were going to deactivate my email account. 

My problem is that I forgot my password. So I can't update my email address without knowing my password and I can't reset my password without access to the deactivated email address. 

I submitted a ticket through the contact form, but then realized that they will reply via email...which Spotify thinks is still my deactivated .edu address...

Please help..
