I have recently changed my card (As in i got another one when the old one expired) and I want to pay for spotify unlimited which I have been using for over a year on my previous card. But all I get is this message...
"Sorry, we couldn't process your order. This may be a result of your payment card or PayPal account being registered in a different country to the one you chose. Please try again orcontact customer support if the problem remains. "
I live in the UK, I have all the right settings to say I live in the UK.
Id like to know why this is happening? I enjoy using spotify, but there seems to be so many problems..

What type of card is it exactly? Its also worth triple checking your country is set correctly on your online profile.
It is probably best to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to offer you the most up to date advice.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
