I've changed my mind (Im GoldenGun) .. do not delete it x]] .. but ,, how i get my account back on "online" ? ;o I've unchecked the "Offline Mode" also, but it still wont get online .. 😞

I'm having a problem with an account that I cannot delete myself either. It's the account of my ex..

Although it's been years, it logs in automatically on my computer here and he doesn't use spotify anymore, not even my computer.

I cannot upgrade as long as his old account is still around.

My name is Marianne Taelman (from Belgium) and the account that is linked to me is "elsveino" (Svein Bakken, Norway).

Can you please help?

Please contact Spotify support as this can not be sorted on the forums as extra secruity details will need to be taken, also I have alerted a staff member to this topic.

MJHJT - We can't delete an account unless it's yours, I'm afraid. However, I've just disconnected your Facebook from that 'elsveino' account. You should now be able to create a new Spotify account.

To stop his account logging in every time your computer starts up, simply open up Spotify and log him out. Input your new login details and check the 'Remember me' box on the login screen.

I really need to delete my account. I'm paying for unlimited, but then I got a new one, where I'm paying for premium. I would love to get this one deleted
