Deleted FB Created Spotify Account, to Use the Email to Register New, Can't Connect to FB Account

I just closed my facebook created spotify account so that I can use the same email to register a standalone spotify account, unfortunately I can't reconnect to my facebook due to the error message: "Sorry there has been a temporary error, please try again later."

I registered my spotify account in my office which uses a Singaporean IP address, but I could not change it to Malaysia.

Please help on these 2 items.

EDIT: I think I solved the issue, by going into settings within the spotify app and connect to facebook from there. Seems to be ok now, but recently followed artist did not appear in Facebook music.
