Deleted Facebook account, cannot log in and unsubscribe from Spotify emails

I deleted a Facebook account I had linked with my Spotify account.  I am no longer able to log into that Spotify account now, however I am still receiving emails related to that account.  If I try to unsubscribe or update my email preferences...  well, I can't due to the Facebook account/log in being deleted (NOT deactivated).  How do I stop the emails?  It is getting really annoying.
