Deleted Facebook, new account with different email

My first spotify account was connected through Facebook. Since then I have deactivated my facebook, but the account still has my email saved. I created a new account with my secondary email, but would like to eventually be able to use my actual email. Right now I can access both accounts, I reopened Facebook in the hopes of being able to delete the account connected with it. How do I go about deleting both accounts so I can go and make my new one with the correct email? The Spotify Contact Form is not helpful, so anthing other than that would be ideal.

You can't delete a profile. Better start with a new one.

I did start an new one, but not with my primary email.
