Deleted my facebook account that i used for spotify

So i deleted my facebook account and now i cant use spotify cause the facebook account does not exist anymore, is there a way you could move the account to a gmail account and make it so i can log in with that instead ?

Is there a way for me to hide my email in this msg so only spotify staff can see it, cause i would imagine that you need it to move the facebook linked spotify account to the gmail.
