Deleting my accounts

Deleting my accounts

Well, I tried to delete my Spotify accounts following the steps some people posted in this forum. The problem is that I sent several contact forms and also I replied the automatic emails they sent me, in order to contact someone... but nothing happened.. no replies. I am sick and tired of no answers, it has been 2 weeks since I sent the first contact form.

Please, DO NOT reply with "visit this topic: http://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Deleting-your-account/m-p/173950#M66... or ... "send another contact form" because I know it is USELESS.......

Could you let us know the 8-digit case number from the last time you got in touch and I can ask for someone to check it out for you? It is normally in the subject line of the automated email reply.

I've just chased this up for you and I can see that one of advisors got back in touch on the 15th of April and we haven't had a response since. The reply was send to a hotmail address. Could you double check your spam folder to make sure it hasn't filtered an email from us. Thanks!

I checked it again. No reply. Not even in the spam folder. I am studying in Seoul at the moment, maybe it has something to do with it? Some exchange students have email problems here, too.

I've asked a member of the Spotify team to see if they can resend it to you.
