Device password compromised a d unable to reset it

Somehow my device password was compromised (although I haven't used it for over 5 months) and people are logging into my account through it from all over (my Facebook account is secure, no one is logging through it). I am unable to reset the device password because I get an 'oh something went wrong' message when I follow the link I receive on my email. I sent tickets to Spotify but so far no answers (maybe 16 hours ago).
What else can I do besides waiting and not use my own account?
