Devices password

Devices password

Having used my facebook password until now apparently I need a different login for Sonos. I have clikced the 'devices password' link and was told that an email had been sent with my new password. That was a couple of hours ago and despite repeating this several times nothing has happened. Am I being impatient?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Sometimes they can take a little while to come through, be sure to check your spam/junk folders since the messages sometimes get caught up in those. I am going to move this over to the Sonos board for you.

If you don't get the email, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able look into your account for you and possibly manually send the email.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
