My Question or Issue

Im not sure how to describe this prolem: i use Spotify in my cell phone, my tablet and my notebook. But sometimes, when im using it on the phone,  the music im playing changes by itself and start playing something else, and it shows likes the device in use its the notebook. This algo happens when using my tablet. And i play again my music, and its happens again. After doing this 3 o 4 times, i give up and close Spotify for a while, until this problem fixed without doing anything. Also sometimes the recently played list doesnt shows my lasts music and shows this extrange music. Its like if "someone else" were using my account. Could it be a hacker? I dont think so because this isnt happening all the time all days, but when happens its really annoying. Thanks for the suggestions!

thanks for posting in the community !

It might be that your account had been taken over by external users.

I suggest using this help guide on account that might have been compromised just in case and to perform an extra safty action.

Thank you OnebyBoo! I think it works! Sorry i couldnt replay before, i was in a travel. 

I still dont believe how somebody could steal my information, but its not happening anymore. So i think it works.
