Did my student subscription but i'm not getting premium and it wont let me pay the $6

I did the student discount application on my phone but it wont let me pay the $6 and when i try to go through the application again it says its already redeemed.

Furthermore, it's a common mistake among users to have more than one account and have a mix up while upgrading.

Please use this help page to locate all the account listed with your details to make sure that you have upgraded correctly.

Hey thanks for replying, turns out i just needed to go to my email to double verify my discount. My bad, thanks for responding anyway though.
