Different country?

Different country?

Wonder if you can advise? I have just purchased the family membership and sent out the invitations to my wife and daughters. All in the same house and same country (UK).

 

I then set up an account for my wife and accepted the invitation with the code but it is saying that she resides in a different country to me (her husband) and will not let her accept the invitation?

 

I haven't tried it for my daughters yet but can anyone help?

Hey @L1amda,

 

I'd recommend making sure that your and her Spotify account have set the same country setting: https://spotify.com/account

I had the same issue - very frustrating.  Country codes were the same in settings. In then end I logged into spotify on line and accepted the invite on the PC whilst logged in to that new account.  I had to create a new account.  Previously she had been logging in with facebook - I suspect that was the problem
