Disconnect from Facebook

I have deactivated my Facebook account. I am not going to reactivate it just to login to Spotify. I tried to create a new account. I used two different email addresses and that didn't work (both emails associated with my FB account?) I tried using a third email address and received an error message. How can I deactivate and start from scratch!? Is it true that Spotify can't be accessed without an active facebook account?

Nope, that is not true, you can use Spotify without Facebook 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to assist you in migrating and setting up a new non-Facebook account, including copying over any of your playlists and subscription (if you have one) for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
