Discount does not work!

I was tempted by the deal to get three months for 9 SEK and payed for that. However, when the payment had gone through was told that I would receive a receipt that never arrived. Reregistering was not possible as i had "already used the offer". Has anyone had the same problem. Any thoughts on how to solve it?

Hello and welcome in the community!
This doesn't sound right. When you use the client do you still get the free ad-based version or is it Premium? You can check that in your subscription page as well.

It is still the free version unfortunately. I am not sure whether they have billed me or not.
