Discounts for Students

Hello, I have been paying $10 per month while I have been a student in college and I would like to change that to pay $5 per month instead. When I go to show that I am a college student (give my name, University name, and DOB) it keeps telling me that the "CSRF token is invalid". How can I change this from occuring and prove that I am a student and get the discount? Please help. Thank you.

Please try using another browser. If that doesn't fix it, please clear your cache and cookies and then try it again.
