I downloaded the Spotify App and I subscribed for the free trail. Then it sent me an email saying that my trail was going to end in a few days and that I was going to be charged $9.99. I didn't understand so I clicked on the link it provided and it told me to select a plan. And it only showed family plans. So I picked the $14.99 plan because it was the lowest one. I didn't understand what was going on so I tried to cancel. I didn't see the option to do that (at the time I was in the Account section). Then I went into help and it told me to go to Subscription and Payment and then click Update Details.... there was no options there. Now it's a month later and theyre trying to charge my card. They've been unsuccessfully charging my card for the last two months and 1) it wont let me cancel. 2)it says it will automatically cancel my subscription if I don't update the payment information but they've been doing it for the last 2 months. It's annoying now. I don't want spotify because it lied and led me to a family account that I didn't want in the first place.
