Do you close accounts with bot-loaded lists?

hey! i found some people on spotify, they adding bots to their playlists to get on top when people searching. this is unfair for the people who trying all day night to gain followers. now im gonna send a link to their playlists u can check it and please attention that, they all following each other. they are problaly same guy who running those playlist. waiting for help, regards.
