Dobble charged for my spotify account.

Dobble charged for my spotify account.

Hey, 1 month ago +- give or take 1 day i decided to first stop my premium service.

Then i got offered to try spotify premium for free for 30 days which seemed cool so i put my payment information back.

A short time after that i decided to unlink my spotify account from facebook. In this process i lost my free premium, and went back to a free user.

 

Well i started to pay for premium again as i needed it for my offline playlist while going to the gym.

 

now here comes the twisted part:

the free spotify premium were somehow only linked to my facebook account. So yesterday i recieve an email that i'm beeing charged 99 sek for my facebook account, which i'm not even useing.
So now im paying for 2 premiums at once.

i tried to relink the 2 accounts together again, but because both has premium it seems impossible

 

 

arg im getting such a headache from this -.-'

Hey @MrRussianBoy ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get those accounts merged for you, and one payment cancelled as well as looking into a refund for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

but thanks for the headsup, makes me feel much more comfterble while waiting 😃

It being Sunday and with the press release this week I could imagine the guys in the office being pretty busy, but hang in there someone will get back to you as soon as they can. 

 

If you haven't already done so, replying to the automated email with the case number in it will normally speed things along. 😉
