Betalar spotify premium

Hejsan jag har haft premium i ca ett år. Nu har jag inte det längre fast betalar varje månad! Varför ?

Check your email, you should have gotten an email if a payment fails for any reason.

No i havent got any mail. And i payd the 2 nd of december . And all My play list has delited

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.
