Documents not uploading for account verification

Hi, struggling to get the system to accept various forms of my ID to validate my account.  Tried to upload Drivers Licence, and then Passport (all in the right JPG format and size) but the 'Submit' button just spins, and then it stops on the same page with the alert.

Spotify support say they haven't received the docs but I keep getting disconnect from them (our connection is fine) so getting help is really hard....

Have tried on different laptops and different systems to no avail.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Since the verification for Premium Student is done by SheerID, I recommend reaching out to them regarding this issue 🙂
