Hello dear community, I have a problem, that I got double charged for 0.99 3month premium and I didn't get it. Send a message to Spotify support team, and I didn't get auto response. What should I do ?

If you didn't get any email receipt for your purchase, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

Since you already contacted them, and received no reply, check your email address in your profile page to see if it's the correct one.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

Or send your message directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
