Double Billed

Double Billed

I received a double billing cycle in February 2016, normally because of the offset of days I would understand a double billing but this happened within two days of each other so it is not that. The order numbers that I have do not match each other and my spotify account claims it has only billed once but both charges in my bank account are from spotify. How do I get this rectified because I have tried the support form and NO ONE has emailed me back.

You should have gotten an automated email with a case number when you contacted Support. Can you check your spam/junk folder for an email with that number? 

 

Once you locate it, I can escalate to the moderator team.
