Double accounts?

Double accounts?

I get these announcements by mail, so I logged into my account to change the alerts settings. Then when trying to save the new settings I get an error message that my e-mail address is used by another account as well... So I cannot change any settings.

 

Suggestions anyone?

You have an old account called dreamfreak.  That is stopping you from updating your email address.  If you email the support team (see Peter's post), they will be able to help you make the changes.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Definitely sounds like you have two accounts. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can easily remove the extra one for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
